1) I'm thinking urban legend, but it's still funny. I mean, really-- what new parent doesn't agonize over the name, saying it aloud to see if it "sounds right?"

2) Couldn't they just make it "Andrew Peacock"? Or what's his middle name? He could go by his middle name.
